Kimberly-Clark Professional 14 Day Free Trial - Terms and Conditions

1. Trial Offer Overview: Before a valid ‘Free Trial’ (Trial) can commence, the program must be authorised by a Kimberly-Clark representative and the terms of the Trial agreed to by the customer and the authorised Kimberly-Clark representative. The Kimberly-Clark 14 Day Free Trial ("Trial") allows customers to experience our product installation and functionality at their site for 14 consecutive days, without any cost or obligation to commit to a purchase. This offer is subject to the following terms and conditions. 

2. Trial Period: The Trial period consists of 14 days starting from the day the product is installed at the customer's site by a Kimberly-Clark representative or an authorized distributor. Prior to the Trial Period, consumption data of existing system must be shared to Kimberly-Clark. 

3. Product Inspection: During the Trial period, the customer is encouraged to thoroughly inspect and assess the product's performance, suitability, and compatibility with their requirements. 

4. Commitment-Free Trial: Participation in the Trial does not obligate the customer to make a purchase. There is no cost associated with the Trial. 

5. Product Usage: The customer is permitted to use the product for its intended purposes during the Trial period, as instructed by the Kimberly-Clark representative or authorized distributor. 

6. Feedback and Communication: Customers are encouraged to provide feedback on their experience with the product during the Trial. Kimberly-Clark may request feedback to improve product quality and customer satisfaction. 

7. Trial Conclusion: After the Trial period, a Kimberly-Clark representative or authorized distributor will contact the customer to discuss their experience, trial results and whether they are interested in making a purchase. 

8. Purchase Inquiry: If the customer expresses interest in purchasing the product after the Trial, a Kimberly-Clark representative or authorized distributor will provide information about purchasing options, pricing, and any applicable terms. 

9. Trial Extension or Termination: Kimberly-Clark reserves the right to extend or terminate the Trial offer at its discretion. Any such changes will be communicated to the customer. 

10. Limitation of Liability: Kimberly-Clark is not liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities incurred during the Trial period, including but not limited to disruptions in business operations.
