Kimberly-Clark 7 Day Free Trial - Terms and Conditions

1. Trial Offer Overview:

• Before a valid ‘Free Trial’ (Trial) can commence, the program must be authorized by a Kimberly-Clark representative and the terms of the Trial agreed to by the customer and the authorized Kimberly-Clark representative.
• The Kimberly-Clark 7 Day Free Trial ("Trial") allows customers to experience our product installation and functionality at their site for 7 consecutive business days, without any cost or obligation to commit to a purchase. This offer is subject to the following terms and conditions.

2. Trial Period:

• The Trial period consists of 7 days indicating 7 consecutive business days excluding Saturday, Sunday and any public holidays, starting from the day the product is installed at the customer's site by a Kimberly-Clark representative or an authorized distributor. During the Trail Period, the title of the product shall always remain with Kimberly- Clark.

3. Product Inspection:

• During the Trial period, the customer is encouraged to thoroughly inspect and assess the product's performance, suitability, and compatibility with their requirements.

4. Commitment-Free Trial:

• Participation in the Trial does not obligate the customer to make a purchase. There is no cost associated with the Trial.

5. Product Usage:

• The customer is permitted to use the product for its intended purposes during the Trial period, as instructed by the Kimberly-Clark representative or authorized distributor.

6. Feedback and Communication:

• Customers are encouraged to provide feedback on their experience with the product during the Trial. Kimberly-Clark may request feedback to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.

7. Trial Conclusion:

• At the end of the 7-day Trial period, a Kimberly-Clark representative or authorized distributor will contact the customer to discuss their experience and whether they are interested in making a purchase.

8. Purchase Inquiry:

• If the customer expresses interest in purchasing the product after the Trial, a Kimberly-Clark representative or authorized distributor will provide information about purchasing options, pricing, and any applicable terms.

9. Trial Extension or Termination:

• Kimberly-Clark reserves the right to extend or terminate the Trial offer at its discretion. Any such changes will be communicated to the customer.

10. Limitation of Liability:

• Kimberly-Clark is not liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities incurred during the Trial period, including but not limited to disruptions in business operations.
• Any and all claims, whether monetary or otherwise, other than on product performance and quality, shall lie solely with the authorized distributor during the 7 days free trial phase from the date of installation. The authorized distributor shall wholly be responsible for all issues concerning installation, safety of the end customer or his users during and till the successful completion of the trial phase or onboarding the client, whichever is later.
